Return/ Refund Policy
No returns, exchanges or cancellations are allowed due to all items being custom made and due to COVID-19. We want to make sure all our customers remain safe and healthy.
Shipping Policy

Turn around time is 2 - 3 weeks for non- ready to ship items NOT including weekends or holidays.) Please allow for additional delays as we enter the holiday season. Please remember that all items are custom items and do require a little time to complete to ensure the highest quality. All customers will be provided with a tracking number once items have been packaged and dropped off. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All customers will be notified if the ship date is longer. This does not include holidays or weekends. Please confirm your shipping address as that is the address I will use. Products are shipped via USPS.

Report all damaged or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your package, ie. pictures to triplegcustomsggg@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number in the subject of the email.
