Majestic Travels by Danielle Planning Fee and Introductory Call

Majestic Travels by Danielle charges a non- refundable vacation planning fee per booking or consulting request. This is a separate fee from the total trip cost and must be paid to the travel professional before beginning any research, booking, or consulting services. The planning fee includes two quotes per planning fee, if you wish to have another quote then an additional planning fee will be requested. Quotes consist of (1) destination , (2) selected dates of travels, choice of room category, one flight, transfers, etc (Limit 2). Any changes in the resort, destination, cruise line, dates, or flights will need to be emailed as soon as possible to avoid penalties or additional charges. Our agency cancellation fee is $50 per person. Vacations won't be cancelled until the cancellation fee is paid. Individual Planning Fee: $50(1 -2 rooms), Small Group Planning Fee: $70 (3-4 rooms), Medium Group Planning Fee: $100 (5-9). Groups with 10+ rooms will need a consultation. Destination Wedding Planning Fee: will need a consultation (based on guest size and location ). Please note: all deposits and vacation protection are non - refundable. Cancellation Policy: in the event you need to cancel your trip Majestic Travels by Danielle has a cancellation fee of $50 per person due at the time of cancellation. The cancellation form must be completed and paid before the trip is cancelled . The cancellation fee is in addition to any supplier or vendors cancellation fees.
